War
In order for Elite Four to be successful, we all must work together as a team. And like all great teams, everyone has a role and they excel at it!
Let's take the Chicago Bulls 6 NBA championship teams as an example. They had Dennis Rodman, who's role was to rebound. They had Steve Kerr and John Paxson, who's roles were to hit 3 pointers. They had Scottie Pippen. And of course they had Michael Jordan, who's role was to lead the team.
Rodman didn't try to do Jordan's job, nor did he try to do Kerr's job. Kerr didn't try to do their jobs either. It would have looked silly had they tried. But, instead, they worked together as a team doing what each person excelled at. Each person was unselfish and that helped propell them to their championships.
The same theory applies here. We, at Elite Four, are looking for unselfish, team oriented players, who stick to their roles!
An awesome example of this is when a lower player sacrificed his war loot to attack a high player. We leaders asked him to help reveal bombs, cc, and teslas, so a higher player would have a better chance of a 3 star. Well, that tough base was 3 starred!
Another example is when each player is aware of who else on the team has attacks left as a war progresses. This is very important to help maximize 3 stars. Because being aware that there may be better players who could 3 star a base you are looking at allows you to go lower and 3 star your base.
We are asking each person to know their roles. We are not asking you to try and be a hero. We don't need heroes in this clan, we need team players!
We will only continue to be successful because of each individual player and how each individual meshes with the clan. No one is higher than the clan!
Understand your role and be aware of your teammates and Elite Four will become even more dangerous for opponents and resulting in more red lines in their war logs!
